Corporate Paralegal

Talis Group’s company client is a regional law firm hiring for a full-time Corporate Paralegal to join their Louisville, KY office. This firm offers a full benefits package (health, life, disability, dental, vision, HSA and EAP programs), 15 PTO days and a salary range of $65,000-$75,000.

Highlighted Responsibilities:

• Draft corporate documents including articles of incorporation, bylaws, operating agreements, and stock certificates.
• Prepare corporate entity documentation, including foreign qualification applications.
• Perform online searches of state and federal lien and litigation databases.
• Complete corporate and UCC filings with states.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other transactions.

Highlighted Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or transactional law.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Strong collaboration skills in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal oversight.
