Overview Employer Industry: Business Consulting and Technology Research Benefits Competitive salary up to $147,000 Uncapped commission structure with annual bonus potential World-class sales training programs and skill development opportunities Generous paid time off policy and charity match program Opportunities for career advancement and progression within the organization Collaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces inclusion and diversity Responsibilities (What to Expect) Seek out and drive new business opportunities with Large Enterprise organizations across your territory, from initial outreach to closure Convert viable prospects into active clients, managing the full sales conversation and negotiation process Continually build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics Align insights and practical tools to deliver value to client partnerships Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex sales environments Business development or new-client acquisition experience in a selling role Experience selling to and influencing C-Level Executives Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Willingness to travel as needed; Bachelor's degree desired Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing complex high-revenue sales across diverse business environments Proven ability to manage and forecast complex sales processes We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
