Supply Chain Specialist

A growing aerospace manufacturing organization is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support purchasing, inventory planning, and supplier management activities. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys collaborating across operations, production, and procurement teams. Key Responsibilities Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Coordinate purchasing activities and monitor inventory levels to support production schedules. Utilize ERP/MRP systems to plan material requirements and maintain inventory accuracy. Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to support decision-making and operational performance. Partner with internal departments to proactively address material shortages and production needs. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and inventory management practices. Qualifications Experience in supply chain, purchasing, material planning, or inventory control within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management principles. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
