Customer Experience Coordinator

At Berglund of Bedford, delivering an exceptional customer experience starts the moment someone walks through our doors or calls our dealership. As a Customer Experience Coordinator , you'll be a key point of contact for our customers while supporting our service and sales teams. From answering calls and scheduling appointments to processing payments and assisting with daily operations, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience. The work schedule is Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Responsibilities Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate appointments, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain accurate customer records, filing, and update databases as required. Collaborate with sales, service, and support teams to create a cohesive customer experience. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Previous customer service or coordinator experience preferred. Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player. Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $15.00 - $17.00 paid bi-weekly.
