Commercial P&C Product Support Consultant (Hybrid)

We focus on building diverse, inclusive, and innovative insurance solutions. The Commercial P&C Solutions team manages the growth of our Commercial Property & Casualty insurance business. Responsibilities Lead functional projects and represent the team on corporate initiatives. Create, maintain, and improve business process documentation and tools. Coordinate change management, providing training and support to affected staff and partners. Develop working relationships with management to attain business unit goals. Assemble and lead cross‑functional teams to accomplish assigned projects. Identify, create, and implement tools and processes that support products and services. Research, analyze, and collaborate on business capabilities, recommending solutions. Support product development and enhancements based on market trends and competitive environment. Assist in managing profit and loss for products or programs. Execute product/program level strategy and ensure stabilization of implemented initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience (preferred). 5+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional projects and initiatives. Experience in business process development, improvement, documentation, and change management. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills. Agile learner capable of quickly understanding products and processes. Ability to apply business strategy development concepts and strategy analysis models at the product/program level. Excellent communication skills across various formats.
