Customer Service Support Representative
$17.75 - $22 per hourLabcorp
Labcorp seeks an on-site customer service representative in Albany, NY to handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolve service requests, and manage medical records while maintaining HIPAA compliance. The role involves direct communication with customers and patients across multiple platforms during standard business hours.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve service requests and inquiries
- Qualify and onboard new customers requesting Labcorp products and services
- Research complex issues across multiple databases and provide customer education
- Notify clients of test results accurately and review forms for discrepancies
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and CRM data
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ months customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred
Compensation: $17.75-$22/hr
