Senior Marketing Coordinator

Incentive Pay : Quarterly performance bonus Benefits Summary : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) profit sharing, Vacation, Holidays, Floating Holidays, Company-paid LTD and life insurance, and Sick leave Position Summary The Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the day-to‑day execution of the Main Event marketing strategy. Reporting to and partnering with the Vice President of Brand Marketing, this individual will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external agency partners, helping ensure projects move efficiently, campaigns launch successfully, and brand standards remain consistent across all consumer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Brand & Marketing Execution Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencer, retail, and experiential channels. Lead the creation and management of marketing calendars, launch plans, and campaign timelines. Coordinate cross‑functional projects with internal teams and external partners. Ensure brand consistency across all consumer‑facing communications and assets. Own day‑to‑day collaboration with UFC stakeholders, supporting co‑marketing campaigns, creative approvals, promotional activations, content development, and cross‑functional project execution. Agency Management Serve as day‑to‑day contact for multiple agency partners, including creative, social, PR, influencer, media, and web agencies. Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow‑up communications. Ensure agencies are aligned with brand objectives and business priorities. Social Media Lead the planning and execution of Main Event’s organic social strategy. Manage content planning, community management, and performance tracking. Collaborate with agency partners while maintaining hands‑on involvement in content development and social platform best practices. Monitor emerging social trends and identify opportunities for the brand. Digital & Performance Marketing Support DTC and performance marketing initiatives across paid social, search, email, SMS, and eCommerce channels. Manage campaign reporting, performance tracking, and optimization recommendations. Work alongside agency partners to ensure campaigns are properly executed and aligned with business objectives. PR & Influencer Marketing Manage PR and influencer programs, including product seeding, campaign coordination, event support, and performance tracking. Coordinate communications with agency partners, creators, athletes, and brand ambassadors. Identify and recommend new partnership and influencer opportunities. Project Management & Operations Maintain organized project timelines, budgets, asset libraries, and marketing documentation. Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items, and follow‑up communications. Support event planning, trade shows, product launches, and other marketing activations as needed. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 5+ years of marketing experience. Experience in consumer‑packaged goods (CPG), health & wellness, sports nutrition, or direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brands preferred. Hands‑on social media experience, including content planning, platform management, and community engagement. Experience managing multiple agencies and external partners simultaneously. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of digital marketing and performance media, including paid social, search, email, and eCommerce. Experience supporting PR, influencer, or creator marketing programs. Strong understanding of general marketing principles across brand, digital, social, retail, and communications. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
