This role blends caring client services, scheduling & administrative support, and heartfelt communication to support our MVP Team of technicians and keep our clients delighted.Position DetailsTitle: Client Services SpecialistReports to: Director of OperationsHours: Part Time with potential for Full Time within 6 months, Monday–Friday, varies between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM based on needs of the businessEarning Potential: $20 hour + performance bonus (negotiable based on experience)Portage, MI In office role and must live within 30 minutes of the officeStart Date Aug 1, 2026 - Aug 31, 2026 Core ResponsibilitiesClient CommunicationAnswer phone calls live and respond to emails within 24 business hoursCommunicate professionally and warmly via phone, email, and textBuild lasting relationships with clients through consistent, warm, professional communicationProactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and address concernsTurn every interaction into a positive, memorable experienceDaily Schedule Management SupportSupport for managing and optimizing daily cleaning schedules as neededAdopt and utilize our software to monitor bookings, adjustments, and team assignmentsCommunicate schedule changes clearly and promptly with clients and staffReporting & OperationsFlexible and available to support opening or closing the office as neededAssist with other office duties as needed Our Ideal Candidate - GWC: Gets It, Wants It, Has the CapacityWe are looking for someone who embodies our core values of Caring, Excellence, and Community.
