Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, or billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to provide comprehensive customer support.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical product information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or product lifecycles
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation or blueprints
• Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish or other languages common in manufacturing)
