Academic Administrative (Full-Time or Part-Time) Founded in 1987 , our private college preparatory school has been dedicated to helping students achieve academic excellence and lifelong success. Position Overview We are hiring both full-time and part-time team members to support our daily school operations. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage curriculum and instructional materials Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally Manage calendars and scheduling Perform data entry and data analysis Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist with quality control and operational processes Scan, organize, and maintain filesSupport school leadership, teachers, and staff with administrative tasks Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and efficient office environment Qualifications Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and highly professional Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in education or with children and teenagers Administrative or office experience Familiarity with academic or school environments Technical Skills Experience with the following is preferred: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) Zoom Data management and reporting General office technology and customer service Locations Arcadia Temple City Schedule Full-Time Part-Time Pay rate $17-$22 per hour Benefits Work in a respected educational institution with nearly 40 years of excellence Make a meaningful impact on students and families Supportive, collaborative, and professional work environment Opportunities for growth and career development Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr ACI College Prep
