We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Digital Sales Representative to join our Commercial / E-Commerce & Digital team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in growing our B2B e-commerce business by turning leads into active customers and driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strong sales execution.

What You'll Do

\n

\n

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

\n

\n
• Engage new leads generated through digital channels, trade events, and prospect lists.
\n
• Conduct outbound outreach to targeted B2B accounts and generate new opportunities.
\n
• Qualify prospects and move them through the sales funnel toward account activation.
\n
• Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records.
\n

Sales & Conversion

\n

\n
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through account activation and first order.
\n
• Use product and category knowledge, along with promotional opportunities, to close sales and achieve revenue goals.
\n
• Deliver a consultative, customer-focused sales experience.
\n
• Support smooth customer onboarding, license validation, and order processing.
\n

\n

Account Growth & Retention

\n

\n
• Drive repeat purchases, cross-sells, and upsells through regular customer engagement.
\n
• Re-engage dormant and at-risk accounts through targeted outreach.
\n
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
\n
• Partner with Marketing and Digital Merchandising on new product launches and category initiatives.
\n

\n

Performance & Reporting

\n

\n
• Meet or exceed KPIs for outreach activity, conversion, new accounts, and revenue.
\n
• Maintain accurate CRM data, activity tracking, and sales forecasts.
\n
• Share customer and market insights to support sales strategy and planning.
\n

\n

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n

\n
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B inside sales or account development.
\n
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
\n
• Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
\n
• Confident and persistent communicator with strong closing skills.
\n
• Strong ability to build relationships and uncover customer needs.
\n
• Highly organized, accountable, and data-driven.
\n
• Competitive mindset with a strong team orientation.
\n
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
\n
