What You'll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of the team, helping keep projects organized, compliant, and moving forward successfully.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and documentation
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to support reporting, tracking, and project administration
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to support ongoing initiatives
• Maintain accurate project records, data entry, and document control processes
• Schedule meetings and provide administrative support to project teams
• Work closely with engineering, operations, safety, and other internal stakeholders
• Support construction and field operations through project coordination efforts
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist with process improvements and implementation of best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams, regulatory agencies, and external partners on program initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in project coordination, project administration, or office support roles
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience supporting utility, construction, engineering, or field operations environments is a plus

Schedule: Primarily onsite during training, transitioning to a hybrid schedule

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Joliet, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
