Licensed Clinician – Outpatient Behavioral Health Location: Roxboro, NC Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinician to join an outpatient behavioral health team in Roxboro, NC. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health and substance use treatment services using evidence-based, person-centered approaches while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy based on individualized treatment plans. Complete clinical assessments, intakes, and ongoing evaluations. Develop, implement, and update Person-Centered Treatment Plans. Facilitate psychoeducational, life skills, and relapse prevention groups. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings. Coordinate care with families, community agencies, and healthcare providers. Provide crisis intervention and participate in an on-call crisis rotation as required. Educate clients on recovery strategies, community resources, and available support services. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and organizational requirements. Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations, licensing standards, and organizational policies. Attend required trainings and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Active North Carolina license in one of the following: LCSW or LCSW-A LCMHC or LCMHC-A LCAS or LCAS-A LMFT or LMFT-A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Experience providing behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment preferred. Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices. Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient behavioral health or substance use treatment. Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and compliance requirements. Crisis intervention experience. Experience facilitating individual, family, and group counseling.
