Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing across core disciplines (e.g., chemistry, hematology, microbiology) in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collect, process, and analyze specimens; ensure proper labeling, handling, and specimen integrity to support accurate results.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instrumentation; execute quality control procedures and resolve instrument issues promptly.
- Document results accurately in the laboratory information system; review data for accuracy and communicate critical findings to the medical team as appropriate.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance guidelines; participate in proficiency testing and performance improvement activities.
- Collaborate with clinicians and colleagues to ensure timely, reliable laboratory support that informs patient care decisions.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience (Med Lab Technician level)
- Current Med Tech certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work a 3x12-hour day shift schedule (07:00–19:30) in a travel assignment
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties in a clinical laboratory setting and adhere to quality/safety standards
