You don't need years of sales experience. Recent college graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.

We're looking for someone hungry, outgoing, coachable, professional, and ready to work.

At Master Networks, we call this role a Success Coach .

As a Success Coach , you'll become a professional inviter—meeting business owners, building relationships, introducing people to Master Networks, and helping organize and grow local Master Networks chapters.

You don't need to come to us as an experienced salesperson. We'll teach you our process. We're looking for people who are hungry to learn, willing to work, and excited about growing personally and professionally.

What You'll Do

• Meet and build relationships with business owners and professionals in your local market
• Help organize, launch, and grow local Master Networks business networking chapters
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, outreach, and community involvement
• Work company-provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline
• Invite qualified business professionals to experience Master Networks
• Follow up with prospects and help them become Master Networks members
• Attend networking meetings, local events, and community activities
• Work toward individual membership-growth goals
• As you succeed, have opportunities to take on additional leadership responsibilities and help develop other Success Coaches

Who We're Looking For

Experience is helpful. Hunger is more important.

• College degree preferred, but not required
• Professional work experience preferred
• Sales experience helpful, but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable meeting and speaking with business owners and professionals
• Self-motivated and willing to prospect and follow up
• Career-minded and interested in professional growth
• Coachable, competitive, and driven by results

Sales, business development, networking, or entrepreneurial experience is preferred but not required . We're open to someone early in their career who has the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to be coached.

• Aren't comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations
• Avoid prospecting, networking, or consistent follow-up
• Need someone constantly telling you what to do next
• Prefer guaranteed compensation over performance-based earning potential
• Aren't comfortable being measured by results
• Aren't willing to learn, practice, receive coaching, and improve

Compensation

This is a performance-based sales position . Compensation is based primarily on individual membership sales, with additional earning opportunities available as employees qualify for leadership responsibilities.

Individual earnings vary based on personal effort, skill, activity, production, and other factors. No specific level of earnings is guaranteed.
