Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Training will be on 1st shift , then position will move to 2nd shift
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Work Environment: Cold environment, approximately 30 degrees

Job Description:

We are currently hiring an Inventory Associate for a warehouse/cold storage environment. This position will begin with training on 1st shift and will later transition to a regular 2nd shift schedule .

The Inventory Associate will be responsible for assisting with inventory control, counting products, organizing materials, verifying item numbers, and helping ensure inventory accuracy. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a cold environment of approximately 30 degrees .

Job Duties:

• Perform inventory and cycle counts as needed
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing materials
• Pull, move, and stage products as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Report inventory discrepancies to the supervisor
• Follow all company safety and cold storage procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift after training
• Must be comfortable working in a cold environment, approximately 30 degrees
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or cold storage experience preferred
• Basic math and counting skills required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout the shift
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Dress Code/PPE:

• Warm clothing is recommended due to cold environment
• Closed-toe shoes or steel-toe shoes if required
• Casual warehouse attire
• PPE must be worn as required by the worksite
