Technical Maintenance Mechanic Lead

Job Summary The role ensures the smooth operation of our assets and resources. The incumbent assists in overseeing maintenance activities, leads a skilled team of technicians, and ensures all systems operate efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with coordinating daily maintenance operations Lead and train team members Generate weekly maintenance schedules for maintenance technicians and contractors Maintain the organization and cleanliness of spare parts storerooms Coordinate and conduct spare parts inventory counts – quarterly cycle counts Perform repairs as needed Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities Gather proper tools and PPE for technicians Assign and coordinate repairs for daily routine maintenance Be proficient in maintenance management software and tools – CMMS or EAM Exhibit excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities Have knowledge and experience with conveyance systems – electrical/mechanical Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks Commitment to safety and quality standards Interface with operation management at building level Plan and schedule weekly maintenance work activities via SAP EAM or other medium and lead the department Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in a related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documents Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency with CMMS or EAM systems Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards Commitment to safety and quality standards Eligibility: You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, walk, lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Schedule 100% onsite – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST. The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions.
