Intake Specialist

Job Title: Intake Specialist Job Location: In-office, Daytona Beach, FL Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Performs duties of Supervisor, in the event of their absence Prepares and sends Letters of Representation to insurance companies Sends electronic authorization forms to client and processes when returned Requests and Processes Accident Reports by entering information into Firm Case Management Software Conducts Client Intakes Initiates claims with insurance company(ies) Other assignments and projects as assigned by Management Qualifications & Requirements: Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills, including compassion and empathy Excellent understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems Salary Range: Competitive #J-18808-Ljbffr Radical Law Firm
