As an Internal Account Executive, you’ll join our growing Internal Sales Team and gain hands-on experience in consultative selling, client relationship management, and business development- all while learning from some of the most accomplished professionals in the industry. You’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship from top-performing sales leaders, and access to a robust lead database to help you build your pipeline and reach your potential. This role is fully onsite at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters on Las Olas Boulevard. What You’ll Do Engage mortgage brokers through outbound calls, emails, and texts (all leads provided by Lendz). Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business and long-term partnerships. Understand client goals and match them with our range of competitive financial products. Respond to broker questions and loan status inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Maintain all client interactions in Salesforce to track opportunities and pipeline growth. Distribute marketing materials and promote Lendz products to new and existing brokers. Monitor expiring rate locks and proactively follow up to keep deals moving forward.
