A Day in the Life:Operate production equipment and address mechanical issuesPerform quality tests and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Experience1+ year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred.Experience with production equipment is a plus.Familiarity with quality testing.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesBasic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.Knowledge of simple measuring devices.Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentThis role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.Compensation and BenefitsThe hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $21-25/HR Plus 10% Shift differential. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
