Senior Planner National C&I Planning Development

Job Summary Location(s): Franklin, TN Job Schedule: Full-time - Hybrid - in office 4 days a week Education Requirement: Bachelor's Sponsorship: No Reporting to the Manager of National C&I, this role serves as the department’s Contests & Incentives (C&I) SME for assigned models that support the planning, development, and implementation of new vehicle incentive programs. Responsibilities Interface with CMM teams (for assigned models) for the planning, development, and implementation of new vehicle incentive programs. Perform tracking and post‑analysis of program performance. Support costing, analysis, implementation, and post‑analysis of Regional and National Incentives for assigned models. Maintain costing and planning tools for assigned models. Create and maintain APR Workbook and Lease Cost Worksheets. Produce Competitive C&I reports, analyses, and presentations. Recommend counter‑actions for assigned models using Competitive Incentive reports, PIN PNUR analysis, LPP as % of MSRP reports, Lease PEN reports, and residual variance analysis. Assist with month‑end close reconciliation to determine actual expenses, including post‑accrual analysis of NMAC bills to verify APR, Money Factor, and residual billings. Support the department’s future fiscal year budgets using lease cost worksheets, APR workbook, and cost analysis to forecast expenses. Develop monthly Disclaimer statements for assigned models and approve C&I content for Nissan‑USA. Develop ad‑hoc incentive programs, including project implementation, execution, and post‑analysis. Act as C&I SME with cross‑functional teams during design, testing, and implementation of web‑based incentive systems. Interact with departments such as CMM teams, Regions, Sales Ops, Finance, Accounting, MarComm, Pricing, Legal, NMAC, IS, Purchasing, vendors, and agencies. Qualifications Seven or more years of directly related experience in the automotive industry. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; MBA preferred. Strong attention to detail. Strong analytical, presentation, and strategic thinking skills. Experience developing and analyzing reports and working with numbers. Excellent negotiation and cross‑functional skills to balance priorities across functional groups. Highly motivated and able to multi‑task. Regional dealer contact experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in other PC or mainframe applications to produce non‑standard, creative products as needed. Travel required: occasional day travel.
