Litigation Paralegal

Paralegal – Complex Insurance Litigation (Hybrid – Atlanta) Trustpoint.One is partnering with a highly regarded national law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its busy Insurance Litigation practice in Atlanta . This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigation paralegal who enjoys being closely involved in trial preparation and wants substantive, hands-on work with a very active trial team handling a significant trial docket . The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of high-volume litigation experience , strong trial support skills, and experience reviewing and summarizing medical records . Prior insurance defense and/or general liability litigation experience is strongly preferred. This is a direct-hire, hybrid opportunity based in Atlanta. Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, with a significant focus on trial preparation and trial support . Prepare and coordinate trial subpoenas and assist with court and pre-trial preparation. Assist with trials, including organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and ensuring witnesses and materials are ready when needed. Prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, records release authorizations, privilege logs, memoranda, and other litigation documents. Review and analyze medical records, prepare medical summaries, and identify additional medical providers and records relevant to active matters. Assist with all aspects of discovery, including document collection and production, deposition scheduling, discovery requests and responses, and organization of case materials. Conduct factual research and investigations relating to litigation and trial issues. Establish and maintain effective communication with attorneys, clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties. Assist with e-discovery matters, including the collection, review, organization, and production of electronically stored information. Utilize litigation technology, research platforms, and case management systems to organize information and support active matters. Provide litigation support to attorneys in other office locations as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of paralegal experience in a high-volume litigation environment. Strong hands-on experience with trial preparation, trial subpoenas, court preparation, and trial support . Experience reviewing and assessing medical records and preparing medical summaries . Prior insurance defense and/or general liability litigation experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting complex litigation matters and managing multiple active cases and competing deadlines. Knowledge of state and federal discovery and e-discovery processes. Strong legal research skills, including experience with Lexis and Westlaw. Experience with PACER, Relativity, Adobe Acrobat, Trial Director, billing systems, and/or case management software is preferred. Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required. Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work additional hours and overtime when trials and case demands require. Why Consider This Opportunity?
