Strategic Events & Partnerships Lead (Nonprofit Fundraising)

Caldera is seeking a Special Events and Partnerships Manager to lead fundraising events, donor relations, and corporate sponsorships from its Portland office. You will manage galas, cultivate donors, and build partnerships to support youth programs and racial equity in our communities. The role requires 3–5 years in nonprofit fundraising, proficiency with donor databases, and strong communication skills.
