Program Manager

Insight Global is hiring three experienced Program Managers for one of our largest clients in the financial services industry. These Program Managers will support the delivery of strategic Data & AI initiatives across Enterprise Data Platform, Domain Activation & Data Product Delivery, and Enterprise AI, Intelligent Automation, and Business AI Accelerator portfolios. These individuals will drive complex, cross-functional programs that support enterprise Data & AI strategies, partnering closely with senior business and technology leaders to ensure successful execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and business value realization.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale technology, data, AI, digital transformation, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
- PMP or comparable project/program management certification.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives to business strategy and outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence and manage relationships across senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, vendors, and governance activities across complex programs.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, and the Microsoft 365 Suite for program management, reporting, and executive communications.
- Experience delivering programs within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale initiatives in highly matrixed organizations.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Financial services industry experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale data, AI, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Exposure to enterprise AI and GenAI programs, including tools such as Claude.
- Experience supporting data engineering, data governance, or data management organizations.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Ataccama, Informatica, and Denodo.
Experience working on enterprise-wide initiatives that span multiple business units and technology teams.
