Role Description The Registered Dental Hygienist is a full-time, on-site role based in Concord, NH. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing thorough dental prophylaxis procedures, periodontal assessments, and nonsurgical periodontal therapy, as well as assisting in overall preventive dental care. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene techniques, disease prevention, and recommended treatment plans, while maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records. The hygienist will collaborate closely with dentists and other team members, follow infection control and safety protocols, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered practice culture. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in Dentistry and Hygiene, with the ability to provide comprehensive preventive and therapeutic care. Proficiency in Dental Care procedures, including patient assessments, radiographs, and personalized oral health instruction. Experience in Dental Prophylaxis techniques and periodontal maintenance, with attention to detail and patient comfort. Knowledge of Periodontal Disease, its risk factors, progression, and evidence-based treatment approaches. Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility for licensure). Current CPR/BLS certification and familiarity with OSHA and infection control standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient education and compassionate care.
