Proficiency in spreadsheet software and financial systems is required.Process payable invoices according to standard procedures. Input or upload data with accuracy and timeliness. Resolve invoice discrepancies and handle vendor correspondence. Manage department mail and document retention. Assist in preparing audit responses. Support the Accounts Payable Manager and accounting team. Meet team goals and deadlines.Ensure accurate and timely entry of invoices into financial systems. Research and resolve discrepancies in invoices. Communicate with vendors via phone or email. Organize and manage department mail and document retention. Assist with audit preparations and responses.Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Two years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
