Insurance Client Relations Manager

The Insurance Client Relations Manager will oversee both existing client relationships and new incoming business. This role requires someone who is sharp, professional, and highly organized, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and brokers. You will handle diversified insurance lines, including construction, auto, homecare, and other commercial policies. Full training will be provided to master the required insurance categories.

This position is ideal for an experienced professional who can build strong rapport with clients, bring in new business opportunities, and manage structured office systems. You will also assist in improving internal processes, ensuring consistent follow up, and elevating overall client experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to systemize workflows are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing client relationships
• Handle new client inquiries and potential business opportunities
• Learn and manage diversified insurance lines (construction, auto, homecare, and more)
• Communicate effectively with brokers and direct clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism
• Assist in structuring and streamlining internal office processes
• Oversee renewal reviews, gather required documentation, and ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal team members to provide smooth and efficient service

Qualifications:

• Strong professional office experience required (insurance, finance, legal, healthcare admin, or operations)
• Prior insurance underwriting experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills and client handling experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized systems
• Proven ability to learn quickly; training provided for the right candidate
• Detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
