Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PM Shift (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Napa Post Acute is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our PM Shift ! If you're caring, dependable, and motivated—and you want to make a real difference in a skilled nursing setting—we'd love to meet you.

CNA Responsibilities

Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and supportive manner
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Document care accurately in compliance with state and facility standards
Help maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment for residents and staff

CNA Qualifications

Active California CNA certification required
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred ( new grads welcome!)
