Location: Sacramento, California – This is a full-time, on-site position in a friendly, collaborative office supporting attorneys across multiple California offices.
Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of litigation legal secretary or litigation support experience in a law firm. Experience with court filings, calendaring, and litigation document preparation is required.

Job Description
- Provide litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
- Support attorneys located in both the Sacramento and Bay Area offices while working from the Sacramento office.
- Prepare, revise, proofread, and finalize legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and discovery.
- File documents electronically in state and federal courts.
- Maintain attorney calendars, monitor deadlines, and coordinate hearings, depositions, and meetings.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
- Assist with discovery, document production, trial preparation, and case management.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and legal vendors.
- Help ensure matters are handled accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation legal secretary or litigation support experience in a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of California court filing procedures and litigation deadlines.
- Experience with electronic filing in state and federal courts.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
