Oncology Account Executive - Phoenix, AZ

Field-based sales role selling oncology and infusion safety products across Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Texas. The position requires converting key accounts while managing relationships with pharmacists and nurses, implementing contracts, and driving territory sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budget targets for assigned multi-state territory
• Educate pharmacists, nurses, and stakeholders on hazardous drug safety and BD product usage
• Develop and present economic models to support customer decision-making
• Manage customer relationships and lead conversion processes with clinical support teams
• Forecast sales activity, manage expenses, and submit required pipeline reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience
• Ability to travel more than 50% of the time
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Consultative selling approach with track record of success
• Understanding of oncology, hazardous drugs, and healthcare settings

Compensation: $85,000 base salary + $100,000 target sales incentive
