Dietary Director

Washington Center is hiring a Dietary Director in Argyle, NY. Responsibilities Plan, assign, and oversee the work of Food Service staff to ensure quality service. Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and assist with departmental payroll data entry. Supervise the proper storage and handling of food and supplies. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, storage areas, dining spaces, and equipment. Review residents' trays to confirm they align with specified menus and assist with tray service during mealtimes. Plan and coordinate food preparation for special events and functions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong communication skills. Flexibility to work weekends as needed. Willingness to step in for other roles within food and nutrition services, including cook or dietary aide. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
