Outpatient Psychiatrist (Adult or Child & Adolescent)

We are seeking a part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week) Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient group in Marina del Rey, California. This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry your way—with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment. What You’ll Do Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team Compensation & Benefits Compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000, compensation model based on productivity.
