Infant Teacher

Location: The Learning Experience - Manassas City, VA
Pay: $18-$20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM )

Infant Teacher - Early Learning Classroom

The Learning Experience - Manassas City is seeking a compassionate and dependable Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you'll create a nurturing environment where infants feel safe, loved, and supported while reaching important developmental milestones through responsive caregiving and meaningful interactions.

What You'll Do

• Provide attentive care for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months, including feeding, diapering, and nap routines
• Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental learning activities
• Foster children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with children and families through daily communication and updates
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership to provide exceptional care
• Follow all Virginia childcare licensing regulations and health and safety standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous childcare experience required
• Experience working in an infant classroom preferred
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
• Caring, dependable, and team-oriented
• Must meet all Virginia childcare licensing requirements
