Internal Account Manager

Driving sales growth and profitability, the full-time Internal Account Manager will leverage a consultative sales approach to build relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and execute strategic sales plans while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed growth targets Nurture existing customer relationships and identify untapped business opportunities Seek out new sales opportunities through disciplined prospecting and targeted outreach Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of inside sales, account management, or business development experience Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a remote sales environment Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM systems, such as Salesforce Demonstrated success in consultative value-based selling
