Residential Support Worker
Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI
Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) seeks a compassionate Residential Support Worker to provide daily living assistance and emotional support to adults in community-based residential settings. In this on-site role, you’ll help with meals, medication reminders, hygiene, and housekeeping while promoting independence, dignity, and safety. You’ll use trauma-informed, person-centered approaches to support individualized service and behavior plans, document care, and assist clients with transportation and community integration. Working within a faith-inspired, inclusive, and collaborative culture, you’ll partner with clinicians, case managers, and families, receive ongoing training, and contribute directly to the wellbeing and stability of individuals and families in need.
