Quality Assurance Reviewer
DGS Office of External Affairs
This Quality Assurance Reviewer position with the Illinois Department of Human Services performs comprehensive reviews of case records and call recordings for State and Federal Assistance programs to ensure compliance with SNAP, state, and departmental regulations. The role involves analyzing data, conducting interviews with assistance recipients and staff, and preparing reports with recommendations for improvement. Based in Joliet, this position requires travel including overnight stays and involves working with public assistance policies and procedures.
