Senior Electrical Engineer (Healthcare) Location: Austin, TXSalary range: $130,000 - $160,000 A highly regarded engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its growing Austin team. This is a leadership opportunity for a licensed professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring junior staff.Key Responsibilities:Lead electrical design efforts for healthcare projects (hospitals, ASC facilities)Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 designers and EITsReview drawings, ensure code compliance, and guide technical developmentCollaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutionsQualifications:Active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)6+ years of experience in healthcare electrical design strongly preferredProficiency in Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, and MS OfficeStrong communication, leadership, and mentorship capabilitiesAbout the Role:Based in Austin, TX (primarily onsite; occasional remote flexibility)Tight-knit, high-performing office environment (~10 team members)Excellent client base and project pipelineCompensation & Benefits:Comprehensive healthcare benefits401(k) participationBenefitsFull benefits provided
