The position combines customer service, consultative communication, sales, and professional development within a fully virtual environment. Accountabilities:

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments and connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits.
• Identify client needs and financial protection priorities, explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options, and recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs and eligibility.
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment while providing ongoing policy support, professional follow-up, and high-quality customer service.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through responsive communication, trust, and a service-oriented approach.
• Participate in virtual onboarding, product education, consultative sales training, communication development, coaching, workshops, and leadership development activities.
• As responsibilities expand, mentor and support newer representatives, assist with onboarding, and contribute to team member development.
• Help establish individual and team performance goals, track progress, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen accountability within a remote team.
• Lead or support virtual meetings and development sessions while developing coaching, presentation, team-building, and performance-management skills.
• Contribute to a positive and accountable virtual team culture and help develop future leaders within the organization.
• Participate in performance recognition programs, professional development activities, and leadership opportunities as qualifications and performance allow.

Requirements:

• No previous insurance, management, or leadership experience is required; relevant experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, military service, recruiting, administration, business development, financial services, or sales can be transferable.
• Must be at least 18 years old, physically located in the United States, and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing and eligible to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
• Candidates are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements and associated expenses.
• Must have access to a computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, webcam and microphone capabilities, and a professional remote workspace.
• Comfortable using Zoom and other web-based technologies for client appointments, training, meetings, and collaboration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and build positive client relationships.
