What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Success Representative , you'll work with clients who have requested information regarding their available benefits while delivering outstanding service throughout the client experience.

Client Success Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Answer questions regarding available benefit programs and coverage options
• Educate clients so they can make informed decisions
• Assist clients with applications, enrollments, and policy updates
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Provide ongoing support throughout the client experience

Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual training and mentorship
• Strengthen communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
