Growth Customer Success Manager

Driving product adoption and customer success, the full-time Growth Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of growth-potential accounts, focusing on expansion, renewal, and proactive customer health monitoring in a remote-eligible role. Key responsibilities Drive product adoption, expansion/upsell, and subscription renewals to meet or exceed monthly quotas Proactively monitor customer health and product utilization to identify churn risks and expansion opportunities Independently prepare and deliver executive business reviews tailored to customer goals and health metrics Required qualifications 3+ years in customer-facing, revenue-owning SaaS roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas Experience managing and retaining SMB or growth-segment accounts, including renewals and expansion Ability to prioritize a book of business effectively, managing high-touch and low-touch accounts Proven track record of proactively monitoring customer health and addressing churn risks Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with finance leaders and complex product concepts
