Manager, Immigration & HR Compliance
Red Bull North America
Qualifications 5+ years Human Resources experience with 1+ years immigration experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent knowledge and experience. Strong knowledge of local, state and U.S. federal laws and requirements governing recruiting, immigration, and employment. Ability to work independently according to business needs, fulfill objectives timely with little supervision, as well as excellent planning, organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Proven consistency in achieving accuracy and compliance. Exceptional project management skills, with a need to identify both current and future trends.
