Human Resources Business Partner

Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate business goals into effective people strategies. Provide HR guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent management, and team development. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment for business, creative, production, technology, and corporate functions. Develop sourcing strategies and hiring plans to attract top talent. Partner with hiring managers to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Employee Relations & Employee Experience Support employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution with sound judgment. Drive onboarding, engagement initiatives, and employee experience programs. Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Performance & Talent Management Support performance management processes, goal setting, and employee development. Coach managers on feedback, performance conversations, and team effectiveness. Identify opportunities for talent growth and organizational improvement. HR Operations & Compliance Manage and improve HR policies, processes, and employee programs. Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment regulations. Partner with external vendors on payroll, benefits, immigration, and HR compliance matters. Partner with China-based teams and leadership to support cross-border communication and alignment. Help build scalable HR practices for a rapidly growing international organization. 5+ years of HRBP, HR Generalist, or People Partner experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices and HR compliance requirements. Experience supporting fast-growing startups, technology, media, entertainment, or digital content companies preferred. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels. Hands-on experience managing employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
