Work Responsibilities Generate budgeted sales; manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in assigned territory. Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to identify long‑term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable, and successful partnership. Identify customers’ problems and/or needs and create a dynamic action plan designed to meet them. Ascertain market opportunities and market sales data. Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, services, promotion, etc. Daily territory travel required with some overnight travel. Qualifications 4+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Development (in lieu of a degree or AA). Prioritize practical experience and relevant skills; candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply. Successful experience in Business Development and Sales. CRM/Salesforce experience is preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 12 months (within 1 year required).
