About the Position

Anesthesiologist (Locum Tenens)

Location: Richardson, TX (Dallas metro)

Openings: 2

Start: ASAP (once credentialed)

Contract Length: 6 months

Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days

Schedule Options:

• Night shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, approximately 3 shifts per week
• Alternatively, day shifts (10 or 12 hours) with night call and post call days off

Practice Setting and Case Mix:

• Medical direction model
• Cases include general, orthopedics, neuro, OB and GYN, urology, vascular, podiatry, and GI
• No pediatrics

Volume and Site Details:

• Approximately 900 OR cases per month
• Multiple sites of service (14 to 16), with 2 to 3 care teams and some solo physicians
• No obstetric deliveries required for this assignment

EMR: Epic

Required Qualifications:

• Active Texas medical license
• ACLS and BLS
• DEA

Submission Requirements:

• Resume
• Schedule request and call availability
• Requested time off (RTO)
• Tentative start date and desired length of contract
• Travel and expenses needs

Travel and Expenses: Considered based on need
