Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, ensuring their well-being and engagement. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Key Duties Assist residents with daily personal care activities Follow and document care plans accurately Promote safety, dignity, and independence Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities Support dining and maintain a welcoming environment Communicate effectively with families and care teams Provide enriching experiences in Memory Care Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $18.00 - $22.52 per hour.
