LPN Responsibilities

• Monitor, record, and report vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide compassionate care, education, and emotional support to residents and families

LPN Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
