Job Description:

GDIT is seeking a TDL Estimation Lead to support a United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) program and USSOCOM's subordinate commands, such as the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Special Operations projects and leading cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES - MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

The TDL Estimation Lead analyzes technical requirements to determine the scope, schedule, and cost for TDLs.

• Leads the development of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) for new tasks introduced via TDL to ensure they are realistic and stay within the overall contract's price ceilings.
• Utilizes proficiency in software cost estimating tools.
• Process Improvement; implementing best practices and process improvements to enhance program / project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS - WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Education: Bachelor of Arts / Science
• Required Experience: Five (5) + Years of relevantt experience
• Security Clearance Level: Secret Clearance required to start
• US Citizenship required
• Travel Required for this Role up to 25%
• Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina

The likely salary range for this position is $76,565 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
