The successful candidate will be a strategic, relationship-driven leader with a proven track record in expanding impact, revenue, and mission-focused events. This role is pivotal in overseeing all business development and value-based sales initiatives, ensuring that revenue streams align with organizational strategy and sector priorities. The Managing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and business development strategy, identifying new revenue opportunities, and leading a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include market analysis, revenue management, event management, and partnership development. The ideal candidate will have a BS or BA degree with over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, fundraising, or a related field, and at least 9 years of people leadership experience. Candidates for the Managing Director position at the company should be adept at fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and cross-departmental collaboration.
