The level of service must be consistent with established “CUT” standards in every respect as described in the Service Handbook, Bar Guidelines and Employee Manual.ResponsibilitiesRequest, pick, verify and put away all requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas.Stock the bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments.Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the barTo ensure that the bar is stocked and all side opening and closing duties are completedThe Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group has established CUT and Sidebar with the objectives of providing a unique cuisine paired with a special ambiance in order to create a memorable fine dining experience for our guests.
