We're looking for a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (RMO) to serve as a trusted business partner to dealership leaders across the west coast, helping drive market growth, customer loyalty, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a strategic marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves turning data into action, and enjoys influencing business performance across multiple locations. Location : West Coast (Oregon, ideal) - Regional Travel Required Compensation Range: $80,000–$125,000/yr plus bonus. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. What You'll Do Drive performance: Lead marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across stores Build loyalty: Develop programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance the customer experience Leverage data: Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable results Partner with leaders: Advise Store Leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors Execute campaigns: Oversee content and campaigns that drive engagement and performance Optimize & adapt: Use analytics, market trends, and testing to continuously improve outcomes Champion alignment: Ensure consistency with company initiatives while acting as a key resource for stakeholders What You'll Bring Experience in automotive marketing (2-5 years), understanding of dealership operations, and familiar with multi-location retail marketing Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies Ability to turn data into action (Google Analytics, CRM tools, reporting platforms) Confidence working directly with leadership and influencing decisions We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including: Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays PTO: 80 hours at time of hire Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
